Type of continuing education?

We advise you in the selection of courses that are beneficial for your professional development and make you more attractive to the labour market.

What kind of support?

Maximum CHF 4,000.00 for continuing education over a period of 12 months and CHF 2,000.00 for loss of pay over a period of 6 months (depending on the number of hours worked).

What support is available

Entitlement period 1

After having worked for at least 352 hours, you are entitled to claim course costs amounting to CHF 1,000.00 over a period of 12 months as well as CHF 750.00 for loss of pay over a period of 6 months.

Entitlement period 2

After having worked for at least 528 hours, you are entitled to claim course costs amounting to CHF 2,000.00 over a period of 12 months as well as CHF 1,250.00 for loss of pay over a period of 6 months.

Entitlement period 3

After having worked for at least 704 hours, you are entitled to claim course costs amounting to CHF 4,000.00 over a period of 12 months as well as CHF 2,000.00 for loss of pay over a period of 6 months.

1. Personal advice

You receive personal advice from our continuing education specialist. Alternatively, e-mail us information about your desired continuing education measure (weiterbildung@favoris-ag.com).


2. Choice of educational institution

We look for an educational institute recognised by temptraining for you.


3. Make request

We make an application to temptraining.


4. Registration

If this is successful, we register you for the approved course.


5. Advance of costs

The costs* are paid by us.


6. Starting dates

*Requirements include a recognised qualification and relevant proof.

A waiting period of 12 months commences after the end of the entitlement period. No applications will be approved during this waiting period. A new entitlement period begins after the end of the 12-month waiting period – you therefore have an opportunity to accumulate more working hours.
