Please provide us with the job description. We manage a large selection of applicants whose skills are very well-known by our recruiters. Therefore, we are able to support you in the recruitment process in an efficient and professional way.  We preselect potential candidates and advise you in the decision making process.

 

There are two job-offer possibilities:

 

The first is “Recruitment” where you will employ the candidate directly. The second is “Try and Hire” where the candidate first works on a temporary basis. If both parties are satisfied with the working performance you will be able to employ him/her after a defined period of time.

 

 

We work on a contingency basis:

 

Only in case of a successful placement of the candidate within your company will you receive an invoice. If the contract is cancelled within the first two months, you will be reimbursed a certain percentage.
