On-Site Management

On-Site Management is called the new service of recruitment agencies. It applies to companies with a high demand for personnel on a temporary basis.
On-Site Management refers to the support of the companies during the entire recruitment process.

A recruiter will be assigned, if requested onsite,  within the company. The coordination and organization of the processes as well as the supervision of the temporary personnel will be handled by the recruiter.
The On-Site Manager complies to the internal processes if requested.
The recruiter is able to act in an interface position. He is in charge of coordinating all recruitment agencies for the client at the company’s headquarters.
