The recruitment agency IPS was founded in 1985.
IPS is a financially independent Swiss company within the Favoris group.

The most important criterion in the recruiting business is the personal relationship between customers, applicants and temporary employees.
Of similar value is the professional level of the recruiter.

Our team has been working in recruitment for several years and has profound knowledge of the environment the recruiter is specialized in.

Every single member of our team continuously develops and deepens their knowledge by attending courses in all business-related sectors.

Currently (as per January 2011) IPS employs 10 internal consultants of which 7 work as recruiters.

The Favoris group, represented by our president of the board Mr. Laurent Peter, plays an important role in personal recruitment within Switzerland.

 

 

Area of Expertise

 

Since 1985 we have been focused on supporting our customers in the recruitment of permanent and temporary positions.
We place employees in international companies in the area of logistics, banking, the trade and industry sector as well as life sciences.

In the temporary field we are specialized in the areas of administration, storage, production, industry, packaging, facility management, construction workers, steel, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

In the area of temporary positions, we maintain a good working relationship with companies such as Doetsch Grether, Novartis, Johnson Controls, Acino Pharma, Haecky Import Alltech Installationen and Rofra Bau.

In the permanent recruiting field we have been cooperating with companies like Läckerli-Huus, T.O. Advisco, Thalia Bücher, Aquametro, Debrunner Acifer and Müller &
Dietrich Fruchthof as well as with Dufour. We regularly recruit commercial and science staff for key and executive positions.


All in all, we collaborate with about 100 customers.
